For experienced people I would not suggest this company.
Their strategy is to get project at any cost by bidding too low, then hire experienced on high budget, then those experienced people work as shadow resource that means you are working but not billed by client and at last you are the first one when it comes for release/laying off list. There are few good people out there but due to whole system is infected their good deeds will not help you also.
If fresher not have other choice, start your career but move out as soon as possible.
