Only Manager's Friendly company.......Not an employee (who is really working) friendly company.....
Promote only those in favor of managers ........
Lack of Professional Managers & Tech Leads......
U are treated as slaves......if you are working good....& wont get right recognition ...
Favouritism is the highest, manager's favourites ( Lickrs & suckrs ) get everything.........
If you are a silent worker, your work will go unnoticed......
The WORST part is appraisal cycle completes very late......
Dominated by people ..where the company belongs to their region....(BGLR)
Very inefficient Hr and managers...the managers who r there from ages are with no skills... favoritism... group ism.....All managers are good in waiting for their monthly salary only......
Be careful while joining TechM. They r doing a slient layoff left a
nd right by forcing the
employees to give resignation......
