Tech Mahindra Busuness Services! The name it self gives you confidence in the brand your working for.Though it is a BPO, its related with one of the powerfull brands of India.Specifically speaking about the company as 'TMBS' it mix of work, skill and fun.I have been working with this company fron almost 2 years, it has been a wonderfull rollercoaster ride.Below are the PROS and CONS of TMBS.PROS : 1.One of the best paymasters in this industries2. Work enviroment is amazing.3. Lots of perks given buy the company apart from a Salary/Incentives.CONS : 1.Transport system a lil not on point.2.Leave requests can be a struggle in certain departments.Not many cons, beacuse if that would have been the case I would not be working there! Overall one of the best BPO to work with.
