Hi, we are freshers and applied for a job at Tech Mahindra. When we went for an interview we were asked to stand out of the main gate in hot sun only to get in registered, which was really worst behavior I think.
This is not the way u treat the ones who applied for job in your company. Just by this we can expect the value given to the employees when they enter your company.
