TechM is a dead company with zombies working, not using their brains. Management should sell burgers as they will get direct profit and customer satisfaction if quality is good.No body works there except for house keeping fellas.
Rest PSD, HR just come and do time pass in Canteen eating and making the toilet dirty. Project execution is horrible and people are interested in buttering their bosses to get a promotion, not bother about quality and customer.
If you are billable the projects are horrible and on bench its almost committing suicide, the HR will harass you more than what Police does.Freshers and experience people please do not join Techm, Sit home and try some other companies. They pay and treat employees like beggar and dogs if bosses are not happy with your buttering. Most of the Managers are fit for a office boy role.
