You say its air conditioner.hahhahah its not a air conditioner ita a fan. It is smudge on the name of air conditioner. So guys do not use this air conditioner. It is very slow cooling fan. Yes it is a fan not a air conditioner. Split air a joke. The service support reliability of this product is very bad. Cooling and sound system is also very very bad. This is not a trustworthy product. So overall this product is not satisfied consumers. I give 2/10 for this product.
