Last 7 years I used tax spanner service and since last year experience drastic deterioration of their service. I highly doubt whether they are employing CA for CA assisted services.
Most of those round trip mails shows they dont have any basic idea on taxation when it comes to Employee stock option, capital gain and interest gains etc. They dont even have idea of what document to ask from tax payer.
Reaching to their "CA Assisted" number will waste your 10 minutes minimum. If you are lucky you get through else hear the music.
If this is the quality of CA assisted service then they are heading towards a collapse and those taken their service will be doomed.
Payment gateway is only thing work rest all hopeless.
