Friends, Taxspanner is just a wast of your precious time and Money. for the first time I tried their service and am utterly disappointed as their wrong filing on my behalf(after I paid them money) caused me unwanted delays and penalties.Moreover when I visited their office in(koramangala, bangalore) the gentleman there told me it sometimes happens and I should not bother/worry(he said this after I had paid them!)
I have received a CPC order of 96, 000 as tax demand after taxspanner's skill full service when I had a refund of 170 odd(got to know when I calculated it myself).
By the time I refiled on my own(after taxspanner still filed it incorrectly after me paying them a visit at their office), its today I have send the ITR form to CPC bangalore(with a penalty of 600 odd rupees).
Actually these people are swindling people of their money.GOI has given free service to file ones taxes online and one can have a personalized account as well(actually this is what these people use internally as well) refer https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/
