Dear Team,

You guys deducted money from my aishwaryasingh23tm wallet without using your cab service via Booking ID TFS-PP-C36540438 on 16th Oct 2015. This s really pathetic that you guys deduct money without travelling in your cab. I was trying to reach via email del_ird@taxiforsure.com or feedback@taxiforsure.com and telephone but unable to get any response.

Can you please solve this issues on priority? Else I need to take this matter to the Hon'ble consumer court. I expect a prompt response on this issue.
