Taxi4sure is most **UNRELIABLE** & **PATHETIC** cab service ever experienced by me in Bangalore. Driver assigned to me for outstation booking(mysore and ooty) confirmed with me day before and switched off his phone and never called me back at the time I had to start. Taxi4sure was not able to provide any alternate service. Last moment I could not arrange for other vehicle as per my requirement(due to peak time of dasara) which resulted in messing up with my travel plans and also lose incurred to me due to unable to recover my advance payment done for hotel bookings(I suffered lose of around Rs 10000). No compensation from them and just apology emails. I will never use their service after this and will not encourage anyone else to use its service. They are spoiling name of Karnataka Tourism.
Big Boo to Taxi4Sure.
They must change their name to NoTaxi4Sure.
