Booked a cab on 23rd Dec, 0913 am for 28 Dec 0415 am, called up again on the night of 27th Dec. The booking SMS is reproduced below.
"Thanks! at-km booking TFS-AT-C49410665 @ 4:15 a.m., Dec. 28, 2015 is confirmed. Trip details 15mins prior.TnC apply. service tax extra."
On 28th Dec at 0400 am I received this message:
"Uh oh! Looks like the driver might be late! We are trying to get you another taxi. Can't wait? You can give a missed call to 918033013353 to cancel the trip."
And at 0423 am this-
"Apologies for not living up to your expectations. We are continuously improving n will make sure we resolve the issue. We will get in touch shortly. TaxiForSure"
I had to cancel the trip just because of seeking a cab from taxi for sure.
My advice to all is, that taxi for sure is an unreliable service. There is a lot of risk in booking a cab with them.
