I had booked an airport drop at https://taxiforsure.com/ for a flight to Cochin on 20/08/14 morning 7am. The booking was done on the previous day and got a confirmation. However, I did not get the driver details till 6.30 and when I called they said no Taxi is available.
I did not get any email or message communication before that mentioning this. They did not try to connect me to any other travel agency or provide any alternative. With great difficulty I managed to get a local taxi and reached the airport at the last moment.
Overall, I am highly disappointed by the poor customer care and poor notification system of taxiforsure. Totally unsure if I am going to use this again. I would recommend everyone to exercise extreme caution while using this service. Make sure you have alternatives planned like a local taxi or friends who can help.
