I chose taxi for sure because of their competitive prices. Booked a taxi to the railway station at 8pm and was horrified when there was no taxi even at 8 15 even as I received a message at 8 saying my taxi was ready.
I called their irresponsive 60601010 number to find out that there was no booking. I was like WHAT ?? Are you guys crazy. I was nuts and this was heights of irresponsibility.
I would never recommend any of you to ever use this horrible service ever.
