How many times we have sat through a movie which is long , has lots of unwanted songs, crappy acting etc... TAXI 9211 is exactly the opposite. Here we see that the storyline is very different from the usual stuff which is being produced today. Nana patekar is a guy who is shown to be really unhappy with the world. he cannot go along with anyone, gets angry at everyone. he lies to his wife (played well by sonali) about his job.

John is another short tempered guy but with a difference. He is the filthy rich class who has ''care a damn for all'' attitude. He has a legal battle to be won against his father's best friend ( john's father gave all of his wealth to his friend in his dying will)

A chance meeting happens between the two when john is forced to hire a taxi to get to court to attend his final hearing on the case. Since John is getting late, he forces nana to drive faster by giving him the lure of money. Nana gets the speed of the fiat to 100's and jumps a red light where he bangs into another vehicle.

this is the start of the actual story . It is fast moving with john and Nana playing cat-and-mouse game. It has no irrelevant songs and keeps the viewer engrossed.

there a couple of moving scenes and messages which the movie tries to convey.. there is nana who is poor but loves his son very much . This moves John who never cared for his dad till he was alive...

then it also shows the presence of materialistic friends... who leave the sinking ship when that come to know that john is not going to get any money from his dad's treasure. even his ''die-for-you'' love interest reddy leaves him !! therefore he realizes the truths of life....

nice timepass movie... u will have ur money's worth..
