I have been a Dish TV user for the past one and a half years. my sincere advise to any one contemplating buying** Dish TV is PLEASE DO NOT BUY IT.** It has the **worst imaginable service** , I had an alignment problem with the antenna due to a short gust of wind and reported the same to their customer care service, it has been two months since the complaint has been registered and I am yet to get any call from their technical team.
I have called up their customer care service over a hundred times but I am always given the same response " sir, your complaint will be resolved in 24-48 hrs". it has been over two months and I am still waiting. the** quality of signals is very poor. **there is **no system of accountability** in this company as a result of which the complaints which a customer lodges are never taken care of. the people running this company are indulging in a fraud. **the company is highly unprofessionally run. PLEASE , what ever you do do not buy DISH TV*
