I am enjoying TS from the last 5 years with HD facility but TS continue their price up gradation without justifying customers needs. suppose you have 3 channel which have HD facility in your base pack, TS should charge HD service charge for only these 3 channel. But they charge Rs.179/- fixed whether you enjoy 1 channel or 10 channel. This is not acceptable as we customers are not fool.
Airtel DTH charge a few rupee more on the subscribed HD channels instead applying fixed amount as a whole. I have no objection in the quality of service by Tata Sky but price also need to be justified. They should go for customer review on this matter'**Specially for fixed amount of HD charge**'.
