Pathatic Service By Tata Power Solar & Its Vendor. Review on Tata Power Solar Systems

After Studying I choose to Install Tata Solar Rooftop for my energy requirement. It was the black day of my life when I make this decision. I made an order to a Vendor Sky Elite on March 26th. I am writing this review on 05 of August. Earlier I came to know that Tata Only provide the panel to its authorized vendor. But after placing an order The structure vendor made was of very inferior quality. When I complain it to Tata. I come to know that the vendor is not Authorized by tata. then How Tata is proving panels to vendor whom they don't have any details. After making so many complaints and calls Tata response was very plain and system generated mails. I raise issue with various level. But tata Solar Team Dont bother about it. They forwarded the complain to a local Vendor Who supplied panel to Sky ELite. After so many compromises the installation finally done. But the system now yet operational after fighting and Struggling for 4 months with Tata Team and Sky Elite. The vendor is pressurizing me to pay the balance amount without the system become Operational. Now Tata is not responding to my complaints and the local vendor has simple response that we are not responsible for vendor and their conditions. We are only responsible for Tata panels. So if you really feel you want to go through this then please order Tata Rooftop. The name of Tata Solar is big. But at the name of service you will only suffer.
