TATASKY charged me Rs 170.00 on 13/11/15 for a fictitious visit by their engineer. funnily neither did I complain nor any engineer had turned up. I complained about this online in their chat messenger the very next day, yet nobody called us to rectify the issue
I called up their helpline on 15/11/15 and they said they will refund me, yet neither was the amount refunded nor did we receive any call from them
I then posted my complaint on 16/11/15 through their online helpdesk track request- reference number SR1411151531546. when I saw the status of this complaint on 17/11/15 on their Track Request tab, it showed that the complaint is OPEN. yet today on 19/11/15 when I checked their Track Request tab I was shocked to see them state that I have no request with them!
they have simply robbed me of Rs 170.00.

TATASKY today called me and refunded me Rs 170.00 after I wrote a review here. don't know if it is MouthShut effect or finally TATASKY has realized it has a brand value to live up to
