I am a Tata Sky DTH subscriber. A few days back my digicomp stopped working and accordingly I lodged a complaint on 23/10/2010 at 10 am. But no action was initiated from their end till 30/10/2010 except false promises to solve at the earliest. Everyday they used to give me a confirmation call that they would be repairing the box within the allotted time period but no one came until I contacted a senior representative.On 1/11/2010 I requested them to relocate my set top box but upto now it has not been relocated. I find Tata Sky the worst service provider in the field.
Anyone intending to become a Tata Sky subscribe should definitely give it a second thought.
