PROS:I have been using Tata Sky for past 1 years and it had been an great experience for me.It has taken the dish tv to next level.Its HD quality is amazing and so is the customer care quality and services.
Almost everything can be done from the online(website), tata sky recharge, add/drop package, contact the helpline, chat with the executive online, see the channel package details, order showcase movies, active services etc.
CONS: The worst enemy for tata sky is the rainy season.Whenever there is even little rain it stops working which is really dissappointing because I miss lot of climax of entertainment and live sports matches.So I hope that the tata sky customer care take this issue seriously and solve this problem.Another drawback of tata sky is that it is little bit on the expensive side, but with its service and quality that thing can be thought to be fine.
