Tata Sky has recently started fooling people by saying that they have reduced monthly charges by Rs 40. But what actually they have done is placing ESPN, STAR, TEN SPORTS etc separate at a tag of Rs 55. This is sheer cheating. Since they have a huge cm base they think they can go away with anything. Next I think they are going to do the same with popular movie channels. I hope competion comes in earnestly in this sector and Tata Sky learns a lesson.
The no of regional channels from the provider has also gone down day by day and there is no promise to increase it in immediate future.
The IVR is pathetic nowadays and half the time you get a message that the lines are busy. Even if you manage to go in, you will have to wait minimum 5-7 minutes to speak to a telecaller.
