3 regional channels from the Malayalam list, DD Malayalam, Amrutha TV, Kairali TV were taken off the list without any notice.
I got a mail from their customer service saying that they have decided to take it off as they think it is consuming a lot into the their bandwidth. This clearly shows that they don't care for any region especially Kerala or Malayalis. I am completely appalled by their decision and think this is complete discrimination towards certain areas. I would never recommend TATA Sky to anyone and will be reporting this to I&B and TRAI. soon. Too bad this company decided to go down on such services.
