Have been premium customer for TATA SKY for last 9 years. Trouble started about a week back and suddenly signals started getting intermittently offline.
Complained to Call Center, WO# -S16ZW7Y problem not resolved. New complaint WO# - S1Y1BSO .
Both the complaints attended by different technicians, but updated status as completed or resolved / hold.
4 days no signals abd each of the call center person has different versions to narrate. There is absolute no syncronocity of the issue.
The franchise of TATA SKY in Marathahalli - #+91-9035672333 has harassed many people of our complex. Until a call / problem is presented to Ms Kamal Bajwa or Sanjay Kumar, problem is never resolved.
Is this the way you folks work and claim to be industry leader.
