Tata Sky is cheating people. Beware!!!!. Review on Tata Play

I took Tatasky about 3 months back.

I took the jumbo pack. (Rs 350 per month). The Tata sky customer care and the Tata Sky technician who came to my house for installation clearly said that, the jumbo pack consists of everything...**all the channels**.

Then after 2 months, Tatasky disabled the NEOSports and 10 days after that they disabled the Education channels, then after some days they disabled "Zoom", "Bindaas", "World Movies", "9X", "NDTV Imagine", "NDTV Goodtimes" and many other good channels. When I called the customer care, they told that all these channels are available as Entertainment Pack for which I have to pay an additional Rs 30 per month apart from the Rs 350 I pay for the so-called-all-channels-package. They are slowly starting to reduce all my channels and putting to other packs. Who knows they will without your notice put channels like Discovery/National Geographic/etc.... into some "Discovery pack" or something.

They cheat people (and will continue to cheat), first by saying that all channels are available in the jumbo pack you are subscribing and Then they slowly start cuttnig channels and start moving to other "packs" for additional charge.

I warn all the Tatasky new customers and all about-to-buy Tata sky customers to be aware of this and take a informed decision.
