PROGRAM QUALTY:
-Program qulaity is good,
Packages are OK
PRICE:
-Really fleecing the customers.
South Jumbo pack costs 360Rs.You can get all those channels for Rs 100 thruogh cable. The price of freedom is really high.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
-Horrible.
How can a TATA company give this type of service?
Call the customer care and you will feel really pathetic.My ICICI account was debited of the charges but Tata Sky did ot show the credit.I had to run from pillar to post to get these guys respond.
The amount is not shown in TV'message' also(Hi-fi funda!).
If you opt to record your complaints in their web site, the reply is stereotype.Typical attitude.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:
-Not happy.
Do not go for this.
Wait for Big TV and then decide.Reliance is another theif, but see who is least fleecing.Reliance will come with his own set of head aches.
BRAND NAME:
-sadly TATA touch is mising.
Call it just SKY or something but not TATA.
TATA idb too good a name to be associated with this sloppy service.
FINAL ADVICE:
-Do not go for this
-Costly
-Customer service not OK
