I have been using Tata sky for 5 months and I am satisfied by its services. When I called them to install it in our home, they responded very fast and came on same day to install it.
It's sound and picture quality is very nice. In normal conditions there are no problems in anything but the problem start when there is overcast or stormy weather. I noticed some distortions in picture and sound. In worse conditions, it was unable to show anything but these conditions are very rare in Delhi so it's not a big problem. Mostly the quality is very good and I didn't noticed any problems.
The service is also very good. One time there was some problem in connection due to storm. Then I complaint on their customer care number and to my surprise, they repaired it on the same day and in evening our TV was working again.
If in you area there are good climate conditions throughout the year then I will recommend you the Tata sky.
