I was using tata sky in my rented house. Now I have changed my home. I requested to tata sky for transfer my connection/dish to my new home on 26th october, 2008 and today it is 6th Nov 2008 but no one care abut my request and I am still waiting for response.


On 26th it was scheduled for 31st Oct, later on tata sky guys rescheduled it for 2nd November by themself without confirming from me, then they rescheduled for 4th and today it was rescheduled for today 2 pm but it is now 7.00 pm and no one came. I called customer care on 3rd and spent Rs. 25 on mobile and they confirmed me that it will be done in 1-2 days and today it is 3rd day. What the hell is it?


They are charging me on daily basis. They are deducting my balance on daily basis even I am not using their services because of them or delayed from their end.
