TATA SKY user for almost 6 years, but stucked with super bad customer service .They messed up my id with someone else's .
The other ID had just 40 bucks in it and my account was 1700+, my TV screen says to recharge however if I recharge I still not have correct id mapped to my account. End up paying for tech visit charge for fault of Tata Sky. Customer care speaks like robot and doesnt want to help except raising a complaint & sit & hatch eggs .huhhhh!
