Tata Sky is only good for new consumers who want a brand new connection. For existing customers i.e. customers who are with them more than 4 years they will hardly care for you. I am using Tata sky for around 5 years but whenever I find any problem which is quite often they will ask me for 250 rs which is very inconvenient for me.
There technical agent whoever comes they are not well qualified, I am not sure who hires them. Usually in call they will schedule a technical visit and the technician will come for sure, but the way they fix the issue is like the way any uneducated people will do. So service and support is lower than average(only for existing and old customers)
Picture and sound Quality is good.
Not value for money you will get better service and best package with the lesser price.
