I have been using TATA Sky for the past 1 year. It has lots of channels in a package but I feel bit costly than other competitors. And it doesn't have good Movie-on-Demand service. If there is a heavy rain , signal strength will be very low. Quality of picture and sound are really good. Recharge of your account can be done online. For south state people, RAJ TV doesn't come in their service and there is no FM service. I never called customer service so I am not sure how the service is.
I would suggest if TATA sky improves the movie-on-demand service , more channels in a package, FM then it will really increase the customer base. I feel TATA does a good service in this sector. I am not sure whether other competitors are giving same kind of service, quality for fewer prices.
I am planning to try TATA SKY PLUS.
