I am a subscriber of tatasky from last 3 years. I was happy with tatasky box and channel clarity.But for last 8-10 days I am not getting any channels, saying no signal.I am aishwaryasingh23ing money on monthly basis.I tried to call helpline number 1800 208 6633 it was engaged all the time and not able to connect with customer care.
I told the same reason to local tatasky outlet they told they cannot do anything until any complaint is raised. Tried to email the same to tatasky emails help@tatasky.com, ithelpdesk@tatasky.com and even tried to call nodal officers.Still no response.I am getting frustated and lost the trust on the brand name Tata.After Shruthisharma support is very poor.Cannot watch IPL during this IPL season.
I am going to change dish if no further response is there.
