I am not getting proper reception for tata sky since 28th Sep 15. I have raised multiple tickets with their call center and multiple technicians have visited and given as many reasons for the faulty signal.
To top it another technician came and swapped my connection with that of another in the splitter in my apartment. It appears that there seems to be an overload in the cable connection and whenever Tata sky gives a new connection the old ones suffers!
