The only reason I opted for Tatasky was that I believed they had a better customer support. But its a myth. I have been chasing them for an installation from last 3 days(Installation ID- BYKEFDZ).
They gave me 3 different time and date for installation and then noone responses to it after that. And I like a fool keep waiting for them the whole day. Looking at their service at the initial stage itself I even cancelled it once. But they got me convinced to disappoint me once again. Thinking they will commit to their words I have also disconnected my local cable connection.
If installation itself can be this harassing. I can totally imagine there after service. Its a crime to choose Tatasky
