I purchased TATASky connection with HP Set top Box. I paid 1800 rs. Refused to give Bill. and told Set top box belongs to TataSky. After one year they ask for 250 Rs for Visiting charge. Very Poor service I am facing since last one year. Even they signed agreement by himself. Feel cheated.
Before purchase any DTH connection Please confirm
Set top Box and antenna belongs to customer or DTH company.
Take proper BILL / TAX invoice otherwise first year they told it belongs to DTH company and evade tax and next year they refused for service.
