Tata Sky never informs it's customer about it's server maint. schedules which normally occurs during 12 am to 3:30 am. Though they will give thousand reminders for payments.
But I guess giving update on system updates or maint. is deemed not necessary.
Also they removed neo sports from package by giving ads in newspapers.
The irony was that the newspaper has limited readership in North India(Deccan Herald).
