Tata Sky ac no is 1091756468, requested for replacement of Set top box as the box was passing electric current which me and family was facing and customer care executive confirmed that if the set top box is faulty then it will be replaced free of cost& only the visit charge Rs 150/- will be charged which paid in cash or we need to recharge the amount and accordingly it was requested to them to send the technicians immediately. The box was checked amd it was revealed that the box was faulty and so it was replaced by thw technician and the same reason was mentioned in form produced by him.


Suddenly after 2-3 days I got an alert to recharge Rs 350+170+100 which was disgusting and I made the call to customer care and got revert that my complaint will be forwarded to the concern team and they will contact me but I didnt rcvd any calls. My monthly recharge due was on 8th February and so I made the call to clarify the things but again same thing was repeated by customer service which was extremely unprofessional behaviour on their part. It is clearly understood that the people sitting im customer service are unprofessional, untrained&incapable for resolving any querry of the customer.


at the end I have to invest my money for there mistake and with any positivity from them.


I want to register complaint for their poor service and enchantments.
