I am a so called'premium' subscriber of Tata Sky. I am a client of Tata Sky for last 8 years. I have subscribed to their Mega Pack and I have a HD box at home. I have witnessed the deterioration of their quality of services and customer service over the last couple of years. I am so frustrated at this point that I have decided to shift to Airtel in the next couple of weeks. In the last 2 months itself I did not get any channel signals for about 10 days. When I called or asked for help, I had to wait for an hour or more to get connected and got their standard response of "sorry for the inconvenience".
The problem of losing signal at the slightest rain or even a few drops has become acute. Almost every day my TV loses signal for 30 minutes or so.
When I called customer service, I get calls in the middle of the day on a week day for coming home. When I call them on the week end, no one responds.
There is no'Feedback' section on Tata Sky. Hence I am compelled to voice my frustration here.
