I have the worst of experience with Tatasky DTH operator in terms of customer support team and attending to the problems of subscriber.
They promise of attending and ask availability of subscriber and finally when they find that they are unable to resolve the complaint, close the complaint without even asking to the subscriber. I have been complaining of one channel which is not received since so many days and raised the online complaint only to be receiving assurance much like the politician do to all of us, but never attend the same. On 03 Oct and then again had to raise the complaint on 05 Oct and then again raised it toady ie on 12 Oct as they are unable to resolve the problem they close the complaint conveniently. People be vary of this fraud DTH service provider.
A horribly bad experience.
