Tata sky has the worst service. I have had a problem with my setup box for three days now. I've called the customer service 11 times since, spent around 100 bucks on their stupid customer care service where you always have a different person whom u need to explain the problem again n again.
My complaint no is H2EF70E. But this is of no use as all they can do is forward the complaint I don't know where. I have not received any calls for visitation. It seems they just don't care. I' m not recommending tatasky to any of my colleagues now. I wish now that it were taken back and my money returned.
