Tata Sky HD. Review on Tata Play

Have ordered an HD box but the customer care of TataSky is the worst they charge you the money then they are not interested in you I have orderd one HD box 6 Days back no one even bothered to call me back for the installation till now I tried reaching customer care 4-5 times and they give different excuses each time.

Also tried reaching there supervisor they put me on hold for 30 mins and then she aslo was not helpfull at all dont know whom to contact now. I feel tata should seriously look in the service quality being offferd to the customers. Will never ever recommend any one for Tata Sky

So finally I got the HD box installed but the HD channels were not working they started showing up only after 2 more followups :(

Now the quality

The quality of HD chanels is good but they are not full HD the max resolution is 1080i and not 1080p. The device is also not detected as an HDMI device on my Sony Bravia W serise ( need to look why)

The sd channels remains the same no enhancement there.
