TataSky. Review on Tata Play

I am using tatasky since now 2 years and I have a good experience with this product.I would like to divide my

Experience in some categories.

1.Picture And Signal Quality

2.Range of channels(Packages)

3.Cost of packages

4.Customer Services and Call Center

1.Tata Sky Provides very good signal and picture quality.Picture quality is very good comparing to other

DTH Providers.Also The Signal quality is thing which I like the most in TataSky.On other DTH services one cannot see the TV on a rainy season, But on TataSky Customers can easily watch TV on mild rain.the signal quality only goes out if there is a very heavy rain only.

2.The channel packages on TataSky is not so good.as all the important channels packages are costly.and thing is that they are all placed into a single package, So what I think is that there should be small packages like BIG TV DTH so that customers can have there choise for small money expense.

3.As I have mentioned already that the cost of packages in the TataSky is Very High.TataSky is taking so much for the same channels for which other DTH service providers costs less.Specially few days before TataSkky has incresed its MultiTV connection rate and is providing now a low signal quality on both connection.

4.The customer service is a great thing of TataSky.They provide very good customer service and are quick in the on Call services.(not know about other regions but mine is very good).Talking about the Call center there response is very very good.They do not wait there customers and you will need only about 4-5 minutes to complete your all work and conversation with representative for any work I think.

Overall if money doent bother you and if you want good quality of service then go for it.and if you would like services with a little adjustment then go for new SB-V2 Quality of Videocon.
