It has been more than 15 days that the No signal problem has persisted at our home. It has been more than 10 days since we logged the first complaint.


Since then I have spoken thrice with their call center people with promises that the engineer will arrive at our place within the next 24 hours - or at least a call back from the customer service. It's now been 36 hours since the last such chat, without a sign of an engineer.


I keep getting SMS from their end that my call is pending and thanking me for my patience. Anyway, my patience is now at an end. I will switch to Airtel or DishTV whthin the next 2 days if I do not hear back from them - and then sue them to get my refund.


The most galling part is that on their default channel - 100/101, they kept showing these inane, sentimental ads, trying to convince us that they are really committed to the customers.


However their call center guys are clueless.
