I have been using Tata sky from last 3 months. After 2 months, my setup box got some problem and it was replaced by a new one. But new one turned out to be even worse. When I complaint about it, they kept telling that someone will visit the house but no one come till 10 days. I am frustrated of calling customer care and explaining about the problem but in vain.
When you ask for new connection, they come within 30 mins to give u connection. But when you ask for some service, they never turn up. I have never seen such a bad service by any service provider. I paid 2200 for HD setup box and after 3 months, it's of no use.
I will never recommend anyone to use tata sky. If somebody wants to use, please do it so at your own risk.
They are big cheaters. Never ever use Tata sky.
