According to my experience since last year picture quality of TATA sky is ok. There is no blurriness in picture but is not very sharp as expected. However picture takes time to upload on TV.
Sound of TATA sky box is not so good. I have to up and down the volume from TV remote. It has low volume and low bass.
I replaced my box two times since last year due to internal fault. Quality of box is bad, Card displaces from it's position and Error 2 message appears regularly on screen. However they replaced my set but they don't ask for feedback. There is no home care service provided by TATA in my town. Service is not fast.
In last I don't recommend it to buy as box quality is bad and sound is also not optimal. Go for another brand.
