Tata Sky DTH set top box is free but you need to pay monthly charges. The set top box is good for nothing. You can see no. of channels on your TV but with no signal. The picture quality and network is fair enough but not so good. Tata sky provide a good network and quality at very reasonable rate. I am using Tata sky service since last 6 year, but the only things is it is badly affected by rain. The signal doesn't work properly in bad weather conditions. The customer service and support is average not so good.
