Hello Guyzzz. Guyzz m using TATA SKY HD from last 5 months. frankly speaking worst service worst product I have got from TaTa. every one known tata is very big company but this product for me is garbage.
I never feel I am using hd D2H I always feel m.using normal D2H connection. the worst thing is sound & picture quality even I hv complaint for it so many times but no action taken by the company.
The biggest problem which I am facing is network issue. once or twice a day the network of tata sky is lost. I can see the proof.
Even I have complaint to the Customer care but I dnt get any response. they always said our technical team will visit at your place in 24hour. but no one has come yet to check.
So poor service and suport from tata sky.
And than they expect from me I will upgrade my package to expensive package. so I am very dissapointed by TATA SKY. so guyzzz dont go for it. its not value for money. they will charge so many things from you but they did not provide you good service.
