I had subscribed Tata sky for the past one year even though it was expensive compared to other players. I had paid for a package called "South Super Saver" package that had many channels including a few selective english channels and a children channel Cbeebies from BBC.
Since last month, the company decided to remove the children channel and create a new package with this and depreive the existing subsribers this channels. Those who require this need to shell out additional amount.
Had a created a new package with new channels, it would have been fair.But to chip out existing channels and create a new package is simply cheating.
This would defintely happen for other channels too.It is high time that Tata Sky personnel look into this aspect and fix before it gets too late.I am now looking out for better service providers - hopefully Big TV will fill in this Gap!!
