This is the first time I tried data card connection and that too after doing lots of home-work on various connections available.Thought "Tata Photon Plus" to be the best and hence went for it.No doubt the customer executive came to give the demo and the device on time.
The demo was pathetic.I was supposed to check the connection and plans on my own.The executive did not provide me with any information.
The executive said the connection would start next day, but it did not start even after 2 days.
3.After lots of complaints, it worked for 2 days and then stopped working.On complaining, the executive said it was never activated only so it cant really work.
It has been more than 20 days that I am complaining daily 4 times.I am on call mostly. My complaints are registered and the time expires but nobody reverts back ever from their side.
They have the worst customer care service I have ever seen and from my personal experience I can suggest never to go for Tata Indicom. Say "NO" to it.
