This call centre business is really a fish market.I bought this device plug2surf, which got defective in one month, and after that their call centre support has harassed me more than the product. As a result, I have consoled myself thinking I three 3000 rupees in a well.


The device was giving problems since beginning since I could not surf net properly. I called their support engineer. He visited my home and said device is faulty, you go to NOIDA centre and get it replaced. I went, they refused. I called service people, they gave me laxmi nagar address. I went, they refused. I went to their CP office, they gave me another agency to whom services have been outsourced.


If I had the luxury of so much time, running around to get a 3000 rupee device repaired, I would not have gone to Tatas (whose tea, salt, ac I still use to full satisfaction). That is why I say this remote call-centre service support is killing. They dont treat you like valued customer, but a number by attending him, you get ur salary.


Horrible. I had the same problem with reliance people. Maybe I expect too much. But I dont really think so, as I have been more than satisfied with some organisations too, as written in my reviews.
