Tata Photon 09278722654I would like to bring few instances to your notice - how tata photon is exploiting users - Finally I thrashed the connection and moved to airtel.
1) On bill no 1237484262, A charge of Rs. 150 was levied although no engineer visited on the mentioned date i.e.(22/4/2012). When I contacted customer care, they admitted that its a mistake from their side.
2) On bill no 1223935560 ., there is a engineer visit charge of Rs. 150. Unfortunately engineer himself admitted that this was a network issue from your end and there is nothing wrong in my system However this charge has been levied. Initially when I contacted customer care, they told me that engineer visit charge will be levied only if issue is related to your system and not for network issue.
I request all to stay away from tata photon. they are big time cheats
